Remember to keep your receipt.
In the "Explore" tab, click on the store you visited.
Confirm you have spent the minimum amount, then scroll down.
At the bottom of the page, click on "Earn x W"
It will be necessary to send us a photo of your receipt.
Please note that for your ticket to be validated, it must:
- Belong to you
- Contain the date (purchases made in the last 48 hours), the price, and the address of the store where you purchased your product.
If any of the information above is not visible, your receipt will be rejected. You can only send one receipt per day, per store.
Once you have sent your receipt, our team will check if everything is correct. You can check your upcoming transactions in your history. (Gifts tab > History > Comming soon).
You will receive an email once our team verifies it.
Receipts sent by email will not be considered. You must sent it via the app.
