Receiving a bank transfer can take up to 15 working days. It is the time needed to verify your ID and to check that you have earned your Wards respecting our Terms of Use.
Don't worry: the anti-fraud department rejects less than 1% of all bank transfers.
If you have requested a bank transfer and don't see the money in your bank account, please wait 15 working days before contacting us. Don't hesitate to check your email (and junk email folder) to see if you have received any additional requests.
After 15 working days, if you still do not see the money in your account and haven't received an email (check your spam), please, contact us at contact@weward.fr.
