For the application to work correctly, make sure you have :- a reliable and stable internet connection,
- launch the application before your daily walks. You can also drag the home screen down to refresh the data.
The application counts steps even when it is running in the background. You can see your steps and the levels you reach during the day with or without internet.
However, WeWard needs a good internet connection to validate your steps and convert them into Wards. So make sure you have a reliable internet connection when you validate your steps for the day.
If you notice your steps are not increasing during the day, check that you have accepted all permissions for the application to run in the background.
For an optimal use of the application, here are some best practices:
- You may forget to validate your steps at the end of the day, but WeWard keeps track of the steps you take during the day and restarts at zero after midnight. We advise you to activate a daily notification to remind you to validate your steps at night.
- In addition to the steps, there are different ways to earn wards easily: you can, for example, take advantage of the option to watch bonus videos every hour to earn Wards or use the map to go to strategic locations that will give you more wards.
