For the application to work correctly:
- Make sure you have a reliable and stable internet connection;
- Launch the application before your daily walks. You can also drag the homepage screen down to refresh the data.
The steps counter works even when the app is running in the background. In other words, you can see the steps taken and the levels reached during the day with or without an internet connection.
However, you must have an internet connection to convert your steps into Wards. If you don't, you won't be able to validate it.
If you realize your step counter is not working, please make sure that you have accepted all permissions for the application to work.
For optimal use of the application, here are some best practices:
- Activate a step reminder in the app's settings. You will receive a daily notification to convert your steps at the time that suits you.
